Lucas and Haley Turner of Rifle are pleased to announce the birth of their first child, Jackson Alexander Turner, born Thursday, Jan. 24 at 8:30 a.m. at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colo. He weighed 7 lbs., 3.9 oz. and was 19 inches long.
