Curll V. Kline Jr.
Jan. 28, 1934 ~ March 8, 2019

Curll V. Kline Jr., husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Linda on March 8, 2019. He got his wings and took flight to be with his Savior.
Curll was born Jan. 28, 1934 in Brookville, Penn., to Eleanor Dillion and Curll V. Kline Sr. He graduated from Wilcox, Penn., high school and then attended Penn State College for a period before entering the U.S. Air Force. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served his country proudly. He was also a member of the Wilcox, Penn., Masonic Lodge #0571 for more than 60 years. Curll began and operated Kline Timber Company in Greenville, Ohio, which he passed on to his son when he retired in 1991. He was passionate about working in the forest with his love of timber.
After returning home from overseas, he married his first wife, Judy Miner, and had five lovely children: Kelly (Duane) Sanning of Greenville, Ohio; Curll V. Kline III (Kipp and Terry Ann) of Greenville, Ohio; Kathy (John) LeMaster of Greenville, Ohio; Kristi Spille, also of Greenville; and Kurt Kline of Gatlinburg, Tenn.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In 1987 he met the love of his life, Linda Clark. In July 1989, they married and he became a wonderful stepfather to Randy (Piyaporn) Clark of Hawaii; Jamie (Caren) Clark of Maryland; Tami (Dennis) LaValle of San Diego, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
He is also survived by a sister, Janet Ellwood of Kingman, Ariz.; three nieces, one nephew, and cousin Gib Sloan of Florida.
Curll enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, traveling and playing volleyball with all his wonderful friends. Now he has gone on to that hunting ground in the sky to reunite with his mother and father, who preceded him in death, and his dear, dear friend Don Neff. Happy hunting, honey! We love you!
A celebration of life is scheduled for Friday, March 15 at 2:30 p.m. at Main Rec Hall at Caravan Oasis RV Park, 10500 N. Frontage Rd., Yuma, Ariz., 85365. Friends welcome.
