“They were competitive in all their games but fell to their more seasoned opponents who are playing on average 150 games a year. They enjoyed themselves. Tournaments were great fun for all. Five games in two days for both teams. The kids got to all gain a new vision of what the next level of play is for us here in Meeker,” said coach Brianna Williams via text. The girls participated in the “All About That Base” softball tournament in South Jordan, Utah, last weekend with a 14 and up team (top) and a 12 and up team (bottom).
