Hamblin new Police Chief

RANGELY | Rangely Town Manager Lisa Piering announced the promotion of Officer Ti Hamblin at the Sept. 24 Rangely Board of Trustees meeting to the Chief of Police position. Hamblin has been the Interim Chief of Police since January. Chief Hamblin came to Rangely from Grand Junction in 2008.
