Mending Hearts grief group

MEEKER | Mending Hearts is a grief group that is free and open to anyone coping with the death of a loved one. Sessions are held Mondays, Jan. 6 – March 9 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the VFW Building in Meeker (290 4th St.). Although each person’s grief is unique, those coping with the death of a loved one share a common bond. Mending Hearts provides an understanding atmosphere, where participants can openly share their thoughts and feelings as they navigate their journey through grief. Pre-registration is encouraged.
