Santa Claus is coming to Trail and Hitch
MEEKER | Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the White River Casita at Trail and Hitch RV Park and Tiny Home Hotel at 322 County Road 8, Meeker, on Friday, Dec. 11 and Saturday, Dec. 12 from 4 to 6 p.m. Enjoy cookies from White River Bakery, hot cocoa from Meeker Drug and Holiday music by the fire. All ages welcome and the event is FREE! We will be practicing safe social distancing by only allowing one family at a time in White River Casita. Santa and Mrs Claus will be wearing their masks to help keep everyone safe. Please let your child know to sit on the stool in front of Santa instead of his lap.

COVID-19 testing options
RBC | Rio Blanco County Public Health and Environment offers COVID-19 testing for all citizens who are symptomatic and/or have had a known exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and would like a test. Testing in Meeker will be from 3 to 4 p.m. only on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 8 and 9 due to scheduling conflicts. All other days will be 10 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday until further notice.
The designated COVID-19 testing area is the South parking lot in both Meeker and Rangely. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and a Public Health nurse will assist you.
