Fred and Carla Slagle, formerly of Rangely, are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Torie Slagle to John Leslie, son of Millard (Corky) and Carol Leslie of Frankenmuth, Michigan. John and Torie were married on Sept. 19, 2020, at Trappers Lake Lodge.
Torie graduated from Rangely High School in 2011. The couple met while Torie was attending a Master’s Program in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas, and while John was working for BORTAC in the Rio Grande Valley. Currently, Torie works as a Physician Assistant and John works for BORTAC in Michigan.
