Obituary: Pat Bouchard

Pat Bouchard, 49, of Wascott, Wis., died early Monday, Dec. 14 of a head injury he incurred when he fell on the ice playing hockey last weekend. Pat was an avid hockey player.
He started doing seismic/oil field work in the Piceance Basin during the late 1980s and early 1990s. He is a long-time friend of Meeker resident Ruby Hart. Pat was like a son to Ruby.
Pat recently donated several thousand dollars to the Meeker School District to set up a fund for kids in need to help pay for their school activities and other necessities.
Pat leaves his wife, Jody, and two teenage children.
