The Rangely Panthers went on the road to complete a four-game road trip and left West Grand with a 38-0 win. The Panther defense gave up 39 total yards, while the Panther offense rushed for 221. Zane Varner led the team rushing with 148 yards on 25 carries. Conditions deteriorated in the second quarter as rain and wind hampered both offenses for the rest of the game. Keihlin Myers threw for 78 yards with a passer rating of 97.6, while West Grand was unable to complete a pass. “Anytime you can leave here with a win, it’s a great thing for our program,” said head coach Ryan Wilkie said. Rangely will be at home this Friday for a homecoming match-up against Gilpin County.
