Hooper-Block Engagement
Mr. Hooper is the pastor of the local Rangely Christian Church, and his wife Shelly is the health information manager at Rangely District Hospital. Tanara is a second-year dental hygiene student at Colorado Northwestern Community College and will graduate in May. Lavon is originally from the Grand Junction area and works in Rangely as a Rio Blanco deputy sheriff. The wedding will be held Feb. 20 at Rangely Christian Church with a reception to follow. The bride and groom will reside in Rangely.
