The Rio Blanco County fair is always one of my favorite events to attend and to photograph. Lots of kids, all hustling, smiling, wet and muddy, while preparing for show time.

MEEKER I Ten names are on the ballot to be mailed to all members of the Meeker Chamber of Commerce this month, as the organization holds an election to seat five new board members.

Breaking Bread Ministry continues to provide a free meal every Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at Richards Hall, on the corner of Fourth and Park streets in Meeker.

ERBM Community Appreciation Day

The WRBM Recreation and Park District let the ERBM Recreation and Park District borrow four of their inflatable structures for the annual Community Appreciation Day set up on the courthouse lawn for everyone to enjoy.

Jensen Memorial park rededicated

MEEKER I ERBM Recreation and Park District board members, staff and members of the Jensen family gathered Sunday, July 24, to rededicate the 57-acre parcel of land formerly known as Dorcas Jensen Memorial Park.
