The Meeker Herald — 125 years ago Lem Miller, who has been steward at the Meeker Hotel for several years, has resigned his position on account of poor health. He was succeeded by Mr. H.E. Low.

Flags across Colorado have been flown at half staff during the past week — as ordered by Gov. John Hickenlooper — to mourn the death of Tom Clements, his appointed executive director of the Colorado Department of Corrections.

Meeker, Rangely set egg hunts
