Students and families led a parade around Pinyon Circle in Rangely on April 29 to honor RE-4 paraeducator Patsy Wanstedt. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wanstedt, who is retiring this year, was unable to finish the school year with her students. She has been with the district for nearly 19 years, 12 of those in her current position. With tears in their eyes students and parents left notes, flowers and gifts for Wanstedt agreeing that she has a big heart and will be extremely missed in the school.
