RBC I The Bureau of Land Management announced it is extending the deadline for submitting proposals from May 14 to June 7, for public-private partnerships to establish wild horse “ecosanctuaries” on private or other non-BLM managed land. The deadline for a second set of proposals relating to ecosanctuaries that would be on a mix of private and BLM-managed land has been extended from May 24 to June 21. The notice of the first solicitation for proposals can be found at www.grants.gov under opportunity number L11AS00033.The notice for the second solicitation can be found at the same web site under opportunity number L11AS00043.
