BLM wild horse public hearing March 1

MEEKER | The Bureau of Land Management’s White River Field Office, 220 E. Market in Meeker will have a public hearing March 1 at 5:30 p.m. to address the use of motorized vehicles and helicopters to gather wild horses from the North Piceance Herd Area, Piceance-East Douglas Herd Management Area and other areas outside of the Piceance-East Douglas Herd Management Area including an area locally known as Magnolia Bench in 2011.
