RANGELY | Rangely’s Board of Trustees had a brief meeting just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday in which they approved a special event permit for the Rangely District Hospital Foundation’s New Year’s Eve Mixer on Dec. 31, 2022 at The Gathering Place.
