The 2019 Barone Middle School Big Buck and Bull contest is in the books. The big buck and bull contest is in its ninth year, where BMS students compete to see who can harvest the biggest buck, or bull, or both. This year there were 13 muleys and three elk entered, which were both records for participation. This year’s participants were Logan Pozorski, Nathan Smith, Brook Arnold, Hayden Gallob, Ryan Sullivan, Tyler Sanders, Madison Ridgeway, Fia Jonnson, Mason Allen, Larissa Richardson, Holton Harvey, Alan Rivera, Teagan Sheridan, Jake Blazon and Allie Sanders. This year’s winners were Ryan Sullivan with a buck which had a gross score of 173-1/8 inches, and Hayden Gallob with a bull that scored 190-5/8 inches. Barone Middle School would like to once again thank Strawberry Creek Outfitters, Russell Stacey and Joe Gutierrez for sponsoring this completion.
