Cash prizes for best ice cream recipes

RANGELY — Make your favorite ice cream recipe and win a cash prize during the Rangely ice cream social. A total of $250 in prize money will be awarded. Enter at least one gallon of ice cream. No mixes, prepackaged or artificial flavors. Use fresh ingredients only. To enter, call the Rangely Museum, 675-2612, by Aug. 26 with your name, phone and flavor of ice cream. Winners will be announced at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 31 at the Rangely Museum during the ice cream social.
