Phelan named to dean’s list

MEEKER | Jacob Phelan of Meeker has been named to the dean’s list at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D. for the spring 2017 semester. A total of 686 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours.
