RANGELY | Alliance Energy and W.C. Striegel tied for first place in the third annual Rangely Chamber of Commerce Holidayfest parade of lights Saturday. Colorado Northwestern Community College’s entry was judged third in the parade.
Rangely girls get rematch with Altamont
