Citizens asked to weigh in on CDOT plan to close Hwy. 13 this summer
MEEKER | The Colorado Department of Transportation has announced plans to close Hwy. 13 for two hours per day and reroute traffic to CR 5 during a construction project this summer that failed to include traffic control plans.
