Wagon Wheel Trail receives grant

RBC I The Wagon Wheel Trail, a collaborative effort by several Rio Blanco County entities, were notified recently the project has been awarded a $100,862 grant from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Division (CPW) Trails program for the off-highway vehicle trail system.

911 reverse calling and emergencies

RBC I Rio Blanco County contracted with Emergency Communications Network to license its CodeRED high-speed notification solution. The CodeRED system provides Meeker and Rangely officials the ability to quickly deliver messages to targeted areas or the entire county.

9Health Fair

More than 1,000 Rio Blanco County residents attended 9Health Fairs in Meeker or Rangely last Saturday, which were again a success because of the help of many volunteers and service organizations.
