Moon is a registered dental hygienist and implements the Cavity-Free program as oral health coordinator through Connections 4 Kids, the early childhood council serving Moffat and Rio Blanco counties. Savoie cited Moon’s and Connections 4 Kids’ public relations efforts and relationship with Colorado Northwestern Community College’s dental hygiene program among the local program’s successes.
