Steven Brickey’s truck was the chosen winner of the “Clark Griswold” award at Meeker’s Parade of Lights last Wednesday, sponsored by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce. The parade was followed by a fireworks display and included caroling and cocoa at the Pioneers Health Foundation’s Jingle Mingle event in the Meeker Hotel lobby afterward. Stella Gray, 7, sang the National Anthem and Matt Holliday and Trina Zagar Brown were the announcers. Jenna Holt of Bluebell Boutique was this year’s parade judge. Winners, besides Brickey, were Santa’s Elves Choice: White River Dental Hygiene; and the “It’s a Wonderful Life” award went to Alex Plumb – Alpine West Properties Real Estate. | NIKI TURNER PHOTOS
