Chemical spill caused by truck on 64

RBC — One ranch was evacuated and traffic was detoured Wednesday morning because of a chemical spill after a Halliburton flat-bed semi rolled over on Highway 64, about 14 miles east of Rangely.
The truck was carrying two large chemical tanks.
“The two mixed together caused a big vapor cloud,” Rio Blanco County Undersheriff Mike Joos said.
The accident occurred about 7:30 a.m., Joos said.
