Request for Proposals White River Museum – Roof Replacement. Rio Blanco County is currently accepting Requests for Proposals for the following: Rio Blanco County (Owner) is planning to install a new roof on the White River Museum building located at 565 Park Avenue, Meeker, Rio Blanco County, Colorado. This project will involve removing all existing asphalt roofing and underlayment material where new metal roofing is to be installed.
