PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District (“ERBM”) is inviting proposals from qualified General Contractors for the renovation and improvement of the ERBM Maintenance Building, located at 101 Ute Rd. in Meeker, Colorado.
Contractors must submit their proposals before 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9th, 2016, at ERBM’s administrative office located at 101 Ute Road, Meeker, Colorado 81641; or via email at [email protected]. Pre-bid walkthrough of site is highly recommended and can be scheduled by contacting Rodney Gerloff at 970-878-3403.
This is a guaranteed maximum price construction project. The project is comprised of renovation improvements to the ERBM Maintenance Building, including but not limited to: interior and exterior demo, framing, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, general finish work in accordance with overall site enhancement design plans.

Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge; 570 2nd Street, Meekr, CO 81641 970-878-9590 , has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Bachmann Gravel Pitt, and is located at or near Section 3, Township 1N, Range 93W, 6th Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is April 1, 2017, , and the proposed date of completion is December 31 2044. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland. Discussion and action to approve the Resolution 2016-09 of the Town Council of the town of Rangely summarizing expenditures and revenues for the general fund, Water Fund, Wastewater Fund, Gas Fund, Conservation Trust Fund, Housing Assistance Fund, RDA Fund, and Rangely Development Corporation, and adopting for said funds budgets for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017, and ending December 31, 2017.
b. Discussion and action to approve the Resolution 2016-10 of the Rangely Housing Authority summarizing expenditures and revenues for the Rangely Housing Authority (White River Village) and adopting for said authority a budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2017.
c. Discussion and action to approve the Resolution 2016-11 of the board of directors of the Rangely Foundation for Public Giving summarizing expenditures and revenues for the Rangely Foundation for Public Giving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017, and ending December 31, 2017.
d. Discussion and action to approve the 2017 Certification of Mill Levy in the amount of $183,702.30.
e.Discussion and action to approve Resolution 2016-07 “Designating a Public Place for Posting Meeting Notices during calendar year 2017”
