The pipeline will be 55,022 feet of 36″ steel pipe with a permanent easement of 63 acres on BLM and Private land. Bargath Inc. is requesting a Special Use Permit for the construction and use of their proposed pipeline gathering system, for natural gas and produced water, located in the general vicinity of County Roads 24, 122, 86, and 68, west of County Roads 5. These pipelines connect Williams Barcus Creek Unit to their Ryan Gulch Plant and Compressor Station. The project includes approximately 21 miles of pipeline on in three projects with 19.2 miles on BLM and 1.8 miles on private land. The project will also include a 17.4 acre compressor station site near the intersection of County Roads 68 and 83 in Section 4, T2S, R98W. 5.
