Following the budget is a schedule showing the adjustments that are necessary for the reconciliation of budgeted fund balance to the retained earnings, which were determined with the full accrual basis of accounting that was used in preparation of the actual 2012 financial statements. The primary services that will be provided during the 2013 calendar year are described in the attached Mission Statement.
