RANGELY | The 2016-2017 campaign for the Lady Spartan volleyball team came to an end last weekend as they lost in the first round of conference to No. 8 Snow College in straight sets.
“Even though it was a disappointing end to the season we were able to break another school record,” said interim athletic director Chris Vergnaud.
Congratulations to freshman volleyball player Sai Collins who was named to the SWAC All Conference second team. She was only three points away from earning a first team nomination and a consideration for All-American. Also, Crystal Powell earned the SWAC All Conference Honorable Mention.
