RBC | Eligible Colorado homeowners may apply for the state’s Property Tax Deferral Program through their county treasurer’s offices through April 1, 2026.
The program allows qualifying homeowners ages 65 and older and active military service members to defer property tax payments through a low-interest loan from the Colorado Department of the Treasury.
