Cannon test fire in Meeker this Friday, May 3, at 2 p.m.
MEEKER | Friday, May 3 from 2-2:30 p.m., the Town of Meeker is planning to have a cannon shot on Main Street between 5th and 6th streets. The block will be closed starting after lunch. At 2 p.m. there will be three shots fired from the cannon as a test run for the July 4th parade. Businesses nearby are advised to open their doors to allow for sound waves to travel and not concuss the windows.
ERBM 24th annual recital May 4

MEEKER | The Meeker Public Library book club is reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. We will meet to discuss the book at the Meeker Public Library on Monday, May 13, at 1 p.m. Extra copies are available for check out at the library if you would like to join in the fun. Rec Center pool closures
MEEKER | Meeker Recreation Center is getting a little TLC in May! The pool will be closed May 6-27, and the entire facility will be closed May 17-27. Please plan accordingly. Summer hours resume Tuesday, May 28.
