Annual and quarterly RBCHS gathering Jan. 21
MEEKER | The annual meeting and quarterly gathering of the Rio Blanco County Historical Society will be held at the Heritage Culture Center at 1 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2024. Enjoy a potluck lunch, hear what the RBCHS is doing, and renew (or start) your personal or corporate membership. The annual business meeting will also take place with the election of officers. Free ice fishing at Lake Avery this Sunday, Jan. 21
MEEKER | CPW and the Meeker Lions Club will be offering ice fishing and free lunch to the public on Sunday, Jan. 21 at Lake Avery from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

MEEKER | The Meeker Chamber of Commerce will host a free Meeker Business Rally on Jan. 31 at the Fairfield Center (200 Main St.) from 4:30-7:30 p.m. with local speakers and a keynote by Heidi Kerr-Schlaefer. RSVP to 970-878-5510.
Library book club Feb. 12
MEEKER | The Meeker Public Library Book Club is reading Go as a River by Shelley Read. We will meet to discuss the book with the Colorado author via zoom at the Meeker Public Library on Monday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. Extra copies are available for check out at the library if you would like to join in the fun. New members are always welcome!
