MEEKER | Suzan Pelloni, owner/broker of Streamline Realty, LLC, proudly announces the expansion of her brokerage to the Roaring Fork Valley. With the addition of fourth-generation local and esteemed real estate professional, Klayton Costanzo, Streamline Realty now serves the Rio Blanco, Moffat and Garfield County markets.
“I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Streamline Realty,” said Klayton Costanzo. “The opportunity to continue serving the place I call home, the Roaring Fork Valley, aligns perfectly with my values and vision. I am deeply grateful for the support of my past clients and the community, and I look forward to cultivating new relationships with folks in the Meeker area.”
Costanzo’s wealth of expertise in real estate derives from previous work experience in construction and the oil and gas industry. With a strong background in operations, management, project planning and environmental policy, along with a thorough understanding of water and mineral rights, Klayton has proven to be a great asset to his clientele.
Klayton Costanzo is diligently working towards joining Suzan Pelloni as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), which includes only 6% of the 1,554,604 Realtors in the U.S. today. This designation enhances an agent’s ability to represent and market land, ranch, recreation and development properties.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Costanzo is a passionate advocate for his community, dedicating endless hours to the Garfield County Fair and Rodeo Board, coaching youth sports and is the founding member of the non-profit organization “Young Guns of Rifle”, empowering the next generation through scholarship opportunities and family-centric events.
“I am very excited to welcome Klayton to the Streamline family,” Pelloni reports. “In fact, its funny that it took this long for us to join forces. I’ve known his family my entire life, Klayton’s late grandfather, J Gentry, was a huge supporter of my professional ski career and a dear friend of our family.”
Streamline Realty is hosting a Community Appreciation event tonight at 600 Main St. between 4-7 p.m. Stop in to meet Klayton and grab a bite to eat with the Streamline team — John Strate, Donnee Theos and Suzan Pelloni.
