RBC | Rio Blanco County Commissioners called for an emergency meeting in executive session early Thursday, March 26 to determine the county’s response to the governor’s stay at home orders.
County Attorney Todd Starr notified the Herald Times of the meeting by phone late Wednesday. The previous week, at the regular meeting in Rangely, the board passed a resolution establishing a procedure for calling emergency meetings without providing the required 24-hours public notice.
