Rangely Town Manager Lisa Piering (right) and Mayor Andy Shaffer (left) recognized Matt and Konnie Billgren (center) for their contributions to the community during their time in Rangely. For the past four years, Konnie has been the Rangely Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director and Matt has served as a Rangely Town Board Trustee. The Billgrens will be moving out of state next month.
