At 95 years old, local World War II veteran Roy Light, was the oldest player at the annual benefit cribbage tournament. He is pictured playing the youngest, 8-year-old Jayci Anderson, who won a close game against the cheerful veteran. Rangely’s Ron Ficken won the tournament, which was sponsored by the ERBM Recreation and Park District and featured a field of 14 participants. Of the $280 in entry fees, $160 was given to VFW POST 5483. Ficken won $55, second place winner Bill Pate won $40, and Brittany Chintala and Bruce Clatterbaugh received the third/fourth place $25 awards.
