Cub Scouts earn Arrows of Light

Rangely Cub Scout packs 189 and 191, chartered by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, recently held a pack meeting honoring three Cub Scouts who earned their Arrow of Light. This award is Cub Scouts highest award, like the Eagle is to the Boy Scouts. (Top left) The recipients were Lucas Neal, Jonathan Pennell and Cameron Filfred.
