DINOSAUR I The National Park Service has announce the release of a prospectus for the award of up to 11 new concession contracts to provide guided interpretive whitewater river trips within Dinosaur National Monument.
The current concession contracts for providing these visitor services, held by various business entities, will expire on Dec. 31.
The National Park Service, pursuant to the terms of 36 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 51, has determined the 11 existing contracts are qualified contracts; therefore, the existing concessionaires are Preferred Offerers for the new contracts. The new 10-year concession contracts are anticipated to take effect Jan. 1.
