Rangely Police Chief Ti Hamblin announced this week that Mercy McAlister, dispatch supervisor for the Rangely Police Department (RPD), has been named Dispatch Supervisor of the Year for 2020 by the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials International (APCO) and National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
