Dizzy Decorators learn new skills

MEEKER — The Dizzy Decorators have been scrapping away and doing many exciting things.
The club went to Grand Junction Feb. 9 to Scrapbooking USA to learn different techniques and tools that help make your scrapbooks look neat.
