RBC — Precipitation at the plant center in February measured only 0.30 inches and includes 3.5 inches of snow. The longtime average for February is 1.00 inch. For the year to the end of February we are 18.6 percent below average. That is a substantial change from the end of January, when we were 26.1 percent above average. The longtime average for March is 1.50 inches.
