MEEKER I The Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season approaches and already entries are being taken for the Meeker Festival of Lights, to take place the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 3.
The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. and run through downtown on Main Street to the Rio Blanco County Courthouse, where the courthouse tree lighting ceremony will be held, the Meeker Community Choir will sing, and there will be a decorated wreath sale.
