From the National Weather Service: A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from Tuesday morning to Wednesday
morning. Moisture and precipitation from the remnants of Hurricane Rosa will move across the area Monday through Wednesday. This will bring widespread showers and embedded thunderstorms. Areas of heavy rain are possible and high mountain snowfall is expected. The heavy rain will bring the potential for flash flooding, debris flows and mud or rock slides, especially near burn scars from recent wildfires.
