One of Meeker’s town does is showing off her twin fawns. She’s chosen to hang out here with her babies, but whether in town or in the backcountry, Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) asks that the public respect wildlife by giving them space and leaving young wildlife alone. This protects people and animals by avoiding potentially dangerous human-wildlife conflicts.
