RBC | CSU Extension is offering two upcoming free workshops aimed at supporting agricultural producers with financial, mental health, and resource planning.
On June 28, a Drought Mitigation Workshop will be held at the Weld County Southwest Service Center in Longmont. Topics will include financial decision-making, pasture and grasshopper management, livestock care, and stress management. English-Spanish interpretation will be provided. On July 12, CSU Spur in Denver will host a workshop titled “Balancing Wellbeing, Finance and Market Success at the Farm.” Experts from AgrAbility, FarmAble, and CSU Extension will discuss mental and physical wellbeing for beginning farmers, financial tools to start a farm business, and finding the right markets for ag products.
