
Berry Bros. continued their 54-year commitment of helping the Meeker Golf Course survive as they took on numerous projects lately. With a ditch bank faltering, Bert Berry and son Dillon volunteered their services to correct the issue by building a reinforced bank. Long a supporter of the course since family icon Doyle Berry played an instrumental role in developing the 76-acre property in 1969. With a $100,000 FHA loan which local community supporters seeded with $10,000 of their own money, the future is looking better for Meeker’s 9-hole facility thanks to supporters like Joe and Bert Berry and Berry Bros. General Contractors.
