RANGELY | The FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) announced the inauguration of its latest executive board members, including Chief Joel F. Fitzgerald, Sr., Ph.D. as President and Chief TiRynn Hamblin as Sergeant at Arms for the 2024-2025 term.
