Rio Blanco County administrator Kimberly Bullen said she would personally buy lunch for the RBC Social Services Department (left) for winning the door decorating contest. The RBC Sheriff’s Office finished second in the contest, decorating its door with a “wanted” poster of Santa Claus. The assessor’s door decorated as a gingerbread house placed third. Bullen’s year-in-review for the county will be published in an upcoming issue of the Rio Blanco Herald Times.
