RANGELY | Kevin and Jolene Carlson of Rangely are this week’s “home of” honorees. Kevin and Jolene have lived here 13 years. “My mother, Wanda Tosh, graduated high school here. Her maiden name was Coy. My grandfather Burl Coy lived here years and years! Not sure how many. My cousin Terrell Coy also lived here for years and years,” Jolene explained.
